A subsidiary, Seong Henng Development Sdn Bhd is one of our new business lines of property development. Our business purpose is to create a new community and it enriched people lives and continually delivers values for residents living within the precinct. Our current project, 88 Sentosa Utama Industrial Park, is located in Bukit Beruntung, Rawang Selangor nearby Sg. Buaya. A combination of retail and industrial development project, is to create a new community where becomes urbanization and more accessible e.g bank, petrol station, restaurants for existing residents.
