You will be responsible for providing on site mechanical engineering services and technical support to on site supervision staff.  To provide guidance to commission engineers to ensure that the necessary risk reviews, pre start inspections and operating procedures are completed prior to the commissioning of process safety related equipment.

Job requirements:

• Work with operations and maintenance personnel to update standard operating procedures and participate in process safety risk assessments
• Provide mechanical engineering support to the site by generating work notifications and work scopes for the repair of process safety related equipment
• Exercise professional judgement in resolving engineering issues, i.e. construction methods, design, engineering procedures, etc.
• Verify subcontractors’ claims and able to cost controlling in meeting the budgets for individual clients
• Report any defects and non-compliance on project performance
• Excellent in leading the teams and subcontractors to achieve project outcomes
• On-site monitoring the projects and provide professional recommendations to ease of the operation procedures

Qualification:

• Degree qualification in mechanical engineering coupled with minimum 2+ years of engineering experience
• Experience or exposure to process safety and process safety inspections/ auditing
• Experience with tanks, pressure vessel and piping integrity inspections, assessment and repair
• Delivery of Mechanical scope to program and budget specifications

In this job role, you will need to work closely with a few of the experienced engineers in the company. The project management administrator oversees the different phases of a project and ensure it runs smoothly and completed on time by monitoring its progress. To ensure the paper works for individual project and well-communication with the internal and external stakeholders.

In this job role, the experienced store keeper will be responsible for well-managed or organized the heavy and mechanics parts for the store. It would be an advantage with experienced in staff management. You must have the ability to manage stock by keeping good record of sales and purchases in the computer system. Responsible for maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the operation of an accounting system, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.

Key Skills:

• A high school or diploma qualification or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experiences as a storekeeper, material management, and storage
• Knowledge of the uses of PC and MS office Suite (MS excel & Words)
• Must be well-organized and punctual
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Knowledge and with practical experience in Supply Chain Management, initiative to improve the store management system

You will be responsible for producing and preparing detailed mechanical engineering drawings for manufacturing purposes.

Job requirements:

• Mechanical Drafting experience would be an advantage but is not essential
• Manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
• Proven competence in AutoCAD drafting
• Provide technical drawings to manufacturing departments
• Strong mechanical competence and proven practical ability
• Must be able to work independently and within a team environment
• Self-motivated, with planning and organisational skills

Qualification:

This position will suit someone who can think practically and apply their knowledge. the successful candidate will have a good knowledge of CAD, with a degree or diploma in engineering is advantageous but not necessary.

A committed, detailed oriented and an experienced Quality Control Inspector is what we always look for to join our engineering team. This position will involve in performing weld inspections and dimensional checks on fabricated structural steel.

Job requirements:

• Ensure that the fabricated steel will fit as planned, meets customer specifications, including but not limited to checking welds, welding consumables, base material, cut & formed parts, layout work, and coatings, and inspections are completed as required to support workflow and sequence.
• Monitoring, and executing activities related to ensuring that inspections of fit-up assemblies are completed to the requirements of applicable specifications and codes.
• Assists in identifying and solving quality non-conformances in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Works with QA/QC team to ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed.
• Follow all company safety and quality requirements
• Review welding specs and/or requirements for each project and work with the team to solve fabrication challenges
• Work with Quality Assurance & Site Managers and Shop Foreman to develop annual training programs for new and experienced employees to minimize product non-conformance.
• Represent the company, as needed, on-field issues requiring investigation and decisions associated with product quality and conformance.
• Apply and work within appropriate controls related to Safety and Housekeeping

Qualifications:

• 3 – 5 years of experience in steel fabrication, preferably with a portion of that time spent in an inspection role.
• Ability to read and an in-depth understanding of shop drawings.
• Basic knowledge of Quality and Safety policies
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or other continuous improvement techniques desired.
• Maintain an attitude conducive to progress through positive change, continuous improvement, and an active contribution to the teamwork concepts.
• Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, follow directions
• Good oral and written communication skill
