In this job role, the experienced store keeper will be responsible for well-managed or organized the heavy and mechanics parts for the store. It would be an advantage with experienced in staff management. You must have the ability to manage stock by keeping good record of sales and purchases in the computer system. Responsible for maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, the operation of an accounting system, the maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of material orders, and the receiving, inspecting, and storing of supplies disbursed on job orders and material transfers.

Assisting with the preparation and maintenance of file standardized ordering specifications. Preparation stockroom condition and activity reports. The successful candidate must also knowledge and compliance with safety policies and procedures in warehouse, and must ensure the store is kept clean and well-organized.

Key Skills:
- A high school or diploma qualification or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experiences as a storekeeper, material management, and storage
- Knowledge of the uses of PC and MS office Suite (MS excel & Words)
- Must be well-organized and punctual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with other departments to determine their requirements and needs
- Knowledge and with practical experience in Supply Chain Management, initiative to improve the store management system
- To ensure maintenance of good and accurate records of stocks in the system
