Seong Henng’s foundation has formed since many years ago and the purpose is to give good back to the society. The company and employees have contributed through donations and volunteer hours to improve the lives of people.
The Managing Director, Dato Seri Raymond Chin is also the chairman of the board of SJK © San Yuk Chinese Primary School. Keep collaborating and funding to schools through the formed philanthropy, our founders wish to provide every child with an opportunity to access education and develop themselves into a good human being. As from his viewpoint, he believes that education is a primary mean to reduce poverty and building up a better society for future generations and foster new talents.
Our foundation has been continually funding and support SJK © San Yuk Chinese Primary School in maintaining and built in new facilities for giving students a perfect study environment. We are very proud to be part of the family to support SJK © San Yuk Chinese Primary School by where teacher have trained thousands of talented students and to preserve our Chinese Education system and cultures.
In 2017, we are honor to be involved in the project of building up a 200-meter-long runway through part of foundation’s funds and this space allows children to run, play frelly and also a place to train countless athletes.
Chin Fun Yong’s assembly venue has finally formed by sponsoring from Seong Henng‘s Foundation and is a spacious space where can accommodate up to 200 tables for large banquets and school events like Fai Chun. Fai Chun is the Chinese Calligraphy and we also sponsored a calligraphy competition to the primary in Feb 2019 as we believe that it is an important art education to preserve the traditional Chinese Culture.
In future, Seong Henng will continually to try its best to contribute to the society through its philanthropy. A community where vulnerable people need our helps and to make a better place to live and work for them.
